Every year, the grapes grown in the vineyard on the surrounding hills around the hotel are picked and used to create six exclusive wine labels. White, red and rosé wines can be purchased at the Castle’s Shop, tasted in the Wine Cellar on demand, or ordered at Il Pievano Restaurant.
