What time is it possible to check in and check out?

Check in starts at 3 pm, check out can be done up to noon. You are welcome to leave your luggage with the concierge at any time.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We take all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, CartaSì, American Express, Diners, Eurocard

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival day. After this deadline or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be debited.

No changes or refunds will be processed for reservations on Non Refundable rate. As per TCs on this rate we do not apply any sort of commission.

Is there any Internet connection?

Internet WI-FI connection is available and free of charge in the rooms and all common spaces.

What does the room rate include?

The room rate includes many free-of-charge services and facilities, such as buffet breakfast, surveillance by CCTV-monitored parking slot, usage of a mountain bike (up to availability), access to sauna, steam room, tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, leisure room (pool and tennis table). Only if you book on this web site, you can also benefit from a free welcome drink, a 10% discount at the restaurant and a 10% discount on any items from our Shop.

Do you organize excursions or wine/food tasting tours?

Yes, we do indeed. Our staff is happy to help you organize excursions to Sienna, Cortona, Florence, Pisa and other destinations in the Castle’s area. It is also possible to arrange your horse riding tour, trekking excursions, and eno-gastronomic tasting of wine and olive oil. On request we also organize Tuscan cuisine courses.

Do you have any special menus for coeliac?

Yes we do. Soya milk, bread, also toasted, without gluten. On request, we can arrange a special meal for lunch and dinner at the restaurant.
